Pronotez is an innovative web solution designed to revolutionize the way Targeted Case Managers work with low-income individuals suffering from non-severe mental disorders like depression and anxiety. The core function of Pronotez is to automate the creation of progress notes for each client, transforming what was once a manual and time-consuming process. Pronotez uses AI to generate unique, personalized progress notes based on the client’s specific information.

By adopting Pronotez, Targeted Case Managers can provide more efficient and personalized support. The tool enables them to focus on the critical aspects of their job—offering guidance and assistance—while the AI system handles the task of generating detailed, individualized progress notes. This results in a more streamlined workflow, improved documentation accuracy, and an enhanced ability to serve clients effectively.

My main responsibilities included developing and refining screens that hadn’t been built, integrating Stripe for payments, incorporating Helicone into the note generation flow, adding features and making major modifications to the database, Dockerizing the backend to facilitate setup for new team members, and even participating in the recruitment and interviewing process for new hires.
