Description:
Biomas is a platform designed to strengthen the bond between pet owners and facilitate the connection with animal care professionals. The application consists of three main modules: BioID, for registering and managing pet information; BioPro, for connecting users with professionals specializing in animal care; and BioShop, a marketplace for buying and selling pet and plant-related products. Biomas aims to promote responsible pet ownership by providing an all-in-one platform to meet all animal-related needs.

My role in this project was to implement and enhance the GraphQL queries towards the backend, adjusting them as new system requirements emerged and frontend developers requested additional functionalities. Additionally, I carried out a complete refactoring of all the application's services, updating dependencies and the Node.js version used. I also fully dockerized the application and deployed it on a VPS, ensuring a stable and scalable production environment.
